Due to limited time all presentations will be 20 minutes.  If you are presenting with another person, you can request 20 minute blocks for each presenter.  If you would prefer to make a presentation, but willing to present a poster instead, please indicate this under “Type of Presentation,” below. Students may propose poster presentations only. (Students, please bring abstracts with your contact information to hand out at the poster presentation.) Students who make award-winning posters will be asked to also make an oral presentation on their topic on the final day of the conference. 

During the conference, presentations will be arranged in groups. Presenters are welcome to suggest a theme for presentations and several individuals may submit presentations on a topic to create a symposium.   If you have a scheduling need, we shall try to meet it but can not assure you a set time slot. All presenters other than invited presenters need to register for the conference at the time of acceptance.
