In the fall of 2011, the program changed such that new students entering the program will be conferred the PhD degree. All students accepted to enter the program from this point forward will be entering the program leading to a PhD. The PhD program is seeking accreditation for the PhD from the Commission on Accreditation in 2012.  Read more details on why we are making the switch and what it means for the program.
