A&M program director elected president of the Society for Multivariate Experimental Psychology

A&M Program Director Deborah Bandalos was elected president of the Society for Multivariate Experimental Psychology (SMEP) at the society’s October meeting. SMEP is a small elective society with membership limited to 65 regular active members. The membership includes many of the most distinguished scientists in the field of quantitative methods (go to www.smep.org for more information on the society). As President-elect, Dr. Bandalos becomes one of only seven women elected to the presidency in its 57-year history.
